About Lower Garden District
Found between the Mississippi River and St. Charles Avenue, the Lower Garden District is one of the top neighborhoods in New Orleans. It's bound by Jackson Avenue and US-90 and many locals simply refer to it as the LGD.
Magazine Street runs through the center of the neighborhood, which makes it very convenient for those looking to enjoy shopping, dining and entertainment. Some of the city's top boutique and local restaurants are found on Magazine Street, along with plenty of bars.
